The Jammu and Kashmir Police has identified four terrorists actively operating in the Kishtwar region. Authorities have appealed to the public for assistance in locating them and announced a reward of Rs 5 lakh for information leading to their capture.
A special anti-Naxal task force, known as the C60 unit, has been dispatched to the encounter site to assist in the operation.
