The IPL 2025 will be launched on March 22 with a game between defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. There will be a grand opening ceremony
That is, apart from Kolkata, there will be a grand opening ceremony before the match at all 13 venues, in which many artists will make the atmosphere more exciting with their performances. Sources informed that the BCCI is looking to make the IPL more appealing, so that the audience of each city can also get to experience the opening ceremony to the fullest. On this day, Bollywood singer Shreya Ghoshal and actress Disha Patani along with ICC Chairman and former BCCI Secretary Jay Shah will also be present in Kolkata. Negotiations are taking place with numerous well-known artists in other venues as well, so that marvelous programs may be organized everywhere. The BCCI and the state associations are mutually cooperating in order to arrange this event without breaking the matches.
