Vande Bharat Holi Special: Holi, the festival of colours, will be celebrated everywhere. A large number of people are heading towards their homes. People going home from nearby cities are going home by road, while people travelling long distances have to rely only on train or plane. Expensive air travel is not everyone's cup of tea, so the only option left is the train that connects the whole country. Indian Railways has run Holi special trains so that the people of the country can celebrate the festival of Holi among their loved ones.
These trains have been running for the last several days and will run till people return after Holi. As one such Holi special, Indian Railways has also run Vande Bharat between Delhi and Patna. Yes, Delhi-Patna Holi Special Vande Bharat Express, whose first trip is today i.e. on Saturday 8 March.
Holi Special will run from Tuesday
This Holi Special will run from today i.e. 8 March to 21 March, so that it helps in reducing the rush of trains on Holi. The New Delhi-Patna Special Vande Bharat Express will stop at Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ballia, Chhapra and Patliputra Junction on the way.
the Holi Special Vande Bharat Express will run between New Delhi and Patna from today, March 8 to March 21. Chief Public Relations Officer ( CPRO ) of East-Central Railway Saraswati Chandra said that the Holi Special Vande Bharat Express will have 16 coaches. He informed that this train will run from New Delhi at 8.30 am on all days except Monday and will reach Patna at 10.30 pm on the same day. On the return journey, the train will run from Patna at 5.30 am every day except Tuesday and will reach New Delhi at 8.10 pm on the same day.
Vande Bharat Special from Delhi to Patna Begins Today
Apart from the Holi Special Vande Bharat Express, 14 other Holi Special trains are being run between Delhi and Patna to reduce the pressure of passengers. These Holi Special trains will run till March 25. Delhi-Patna Superfast Express is running between March 7 and 17. This train leaves New Delhi at 11.35 am and reaches Patna the next day at 4.40 pm. On the return journey, the train leaves Patna at 5.50 pm and reaches New Delhi the next day at 10.25 am.
