Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Leads 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath proudly hoisted the national flag at his residence in Lucknow on Wednesday, marking his participation in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign. In a gesture that underscores national pride, CM Adityanath shared a selfie with the flag, reinforcing his commitment to the initiative aimed at encouraging every household to display the Tiranga.

In a social media update, CM Adityanath expressed his support for the campaign, stating, "On the call of respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodiji, under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, in Lucknow, the Bike Tiranga Yatra was started with the spirit of 'Nation First'. The Uttar Pradesh government has taken a huge resolution to extend the #HarGharTiranga campaign to 4.5 crore households. My best wishes for your journey! Jai Hind!"

In addition to the flag hoisting, Uttar Pradesh's Minister of State for Minority Welfare, Danish Azad Ansari, participated in the Tiranga Yatra in Lucknow. He noted, "Over 10,000 Muslim youth are taking part in this Tiranga Yatra with us. The Modi-Yogi government has always aimed to educate and empower Muslim youth, integrating them into mainstream society. This visible commitment on the streets of Lucknow reflects our dedication. The future of our community, represented by these youth, stands firmly with the Modi-Yogi government."

On the same day, CM Adityanath also paid tribute to the victims of the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day. He honored the memory of those who suffered due to the 1947 partition, writing on X, "Our Mother India, who introduced the world to the soulful feeling of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,' faced the tragedy of partition on this day in 1947 due to political interests. This was not merely the division of a country but a division of humanity. Many innocent lives were lost, and countless others faced displacement and suffering. We pay humble tribute to all those who were sacrificed in this inhuman tragedy on 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day.'"
