The month, observed by Muslims worldwide, is a time of spiritual reflection, devotion, and tone- discipline. Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his Ramzan Mubarak wishes on X (Twitter). In the post he said that may this Ramzan brings peace and harmony in our society.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also wished for compassion and concinnity, prompting people to spread peace and goodwill during this sacred time. Meanwhile, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi wished for a peaceful heart for all.

Across India, Ramzan medications have demurred off with bustling requests in metropolises like Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Shops are grazed with dates, dry fruits, fabrics, and gleeful delectables. The Masjid Bunder area in Mumbai saw heavy footfall as people safeguarded for the holy month, while Delhi’s Jama Masjid area was beautifully lit up, emblematizing the gleeful spirit.

Ramzan fasting, known as Roza, is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, where addicts hesitate from food and water from dawn till evening, emphasizing tone- restraint and spiritual growth. The month is observed encyclopedically, fostering a sense of community, liberality, and piety.
