Pahalgam Terror Attack: Saifullah Kasuri, Hafiz Saeed’s Close Aide, Identified as Mastermind

The mastermind of the Pahalgam terror attack has been found out. According to reports, Saifullah Kasuri, a close aide of Hafiz Saeed, is behind the attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Saifullah Kasuri is close to Hafiz Saeed and is nurtured by the Pakistani army. TRF i.e. 'The Resistance Front', a front of Pakistan-based terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, is behind the Pahalgam attack.

Mastermind of Pahalgam Attack
Sources have revealed that terrorist Saifullah Kasuri is the brain behind the terrorist activities of Lashkar and TRF in Jammu and Kashmir and he is the mastermind of these attacks. Two terrorists based in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir are also under investigation. Officials say that the attack was pre-planned and the attackers had done a recce of the spot several days in advance.

Who is Saifullah Kasuri?
Saifullah Sajid Jatt, also known as Saifullah Kasuri, hails from Shangmanga village in Pakistan's Punjab province. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has described him as a "hardcore terrorist" who is currently a key commander and deputy chief of the Lashkar-e-Taiba in Islamabad. Kasuri uses charity and religious masks to hide his involvement in terrorism-related activities. This Lashkar command is known to maintain close ties with top officials of Pakistan's ISI and the Pakistan Army.

Lashkar-e-Taiba links: Saifullah joined Lashkar in the early 2000s, and was trained in Pakistan itself, meaning he has a deep understanding of organised terrorism.
Direct contact with Hafiz Saeed: This indicates that he has been at the top of the terrorist network and has been involved in high-level terrorist operations. He is considered to be very close to Hafiz Saeed.
Active in Poonch-Rajouri and POK: Sajid has been active in Poonch-Rajouri and POK of India. Which shows that he was not only operational but was also the main face of the movement and planning of terrorists near the Indian border.
Proxy organisations like TRF and PAFF: These new names were created as a strategy to avoid responsibility for terror attacks, so that the name of Jaish-e-Mohammed or Lashkar does not come to the fore directly.

Pahalgam terror attack
Let us tell you that yesterday i.e. on Tuesday 22 April 2025, at least 26 people were killed and more than 20 were injured in an attack on tourists in Pahalgam's Baisaran Valley. This attack is the most horrific civilian attack in the Kashmir Valley in years. The names of Pakistani terrorists are coming to the fore behind this attack. After the attack, the army is conducting a search operation to catch the terrorists.
