Sharing his experience on Reddit, the man recounted how he ordered condoms through Swiggy, a leading app for groceries and essentials. He requested the delivery executive to leave the package at his office reception. To his dismay, the item was delivered in a transparent plastic bag, revealing its contents to everyone at the reception.
“When I reached the reception to collect my order, I was horrified. The condoms were packed in a transparent plastic bag, making the contents visible to everyone,” he shared.

The customer expressed frustration over Swiggy's lack of discretion, noting his reliance on Blinkit for similar purchases due to their secure packaging. “This time, I thought I’d try Swiggy, expecting a similar experience.
