Lashkar terrorist Azam Cheema, linked to 26/11 Mumbai Attack, eliminated in Pakistan

Another terrorist involved in the mastermind of Mumbai 26/11 attacks has been killed. Lashkar terrorist Azam Cheema has died in Pakistan. Azam Cheema was a Lashkar-e-Taiba strategist and the main accused in the July 2006 Mumbai train blasts and 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Azam Cheema, the main conspirator of the Mumbai 26/11 attack, has died in Faisalabad, Pakistan. A heart attack is said to be the cause of the death of 70 year old Azam Cheema, the Intel Chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). Cheema is considered the mastermind of planning and executing the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. Before Cheema, many terrorists had died mysteriously in Pakistan in recent months. Regarding some deaths, Pakistan has also alleged the involvement of Indian agencies in these deaths. From the Indian side too, these allegations have been termed baseless.

Cheema was one of the main conspirators of the 26/11 terrorist attacks and the July 2006 Mumbai train bombings, as well as several other terrorist attacks in India. After the death of Azam Cheema, this death has confirmed that the culprits of Mumbai attacks are hiding in Pakistan, which Pakistan repeatedly denies. 

Intelligence sources gave this information about Cheema

According to a report, intelligence sources have given many details about Cheema. It is said that in the early 2000s, Cheema lived in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, with his wife and two children. Cheema often roamed around in a Land Cruiser with six bodyguards. Cheema used to help the Jihadis take training in the terrorist camp built in Bahawalpur. According to sources, Cheema used to bring former chiefs of Pakistan's intelligence unit, ISI General Hamid Gul, Brigadier Riaz and Colonel Rafiq, to the training camp to brainwash the jihadists. 

Terrorist Azam Cheema was a map expert

Lashkar terrorist Azam Cheema is considered a map expert. According to another source, he gave all the information about India to the Jihadis through maps. In the mid-2000s, Cheema also used to give instructions to Lashkar terrorists across India through satellite phones. The US Treasury Department has described Cheema as the 'chief commander' of Lashkar-e-Taiba. According to America, terrorist Cheema also had connections with Osama bin Laden's Al-Qaeda.
