Kudumbasthan OTT release date: When, where to watch all you need to Know

K. Manikandan maintains his prominent actor status within the Tamil movie industry after his memorable performance in Jai Bhim became famous. Kudumbasthan marks his third project since Lover and Good Night which gained positive reviews from both critics and the audience. A middle-class young man goes through economic challenges while addressing societal obligations and familial demands throughout the film.

The upcoming baby for Naveen and Vennila creates financial pressure which worsens because her family disowned them. Naveen loses his job and maintains silence about this fact to his family because he serves as their only source of income. He experiences daily verbal berating from his taunting brother-in-law named Rajendran. He secures loans and develops fake employment to keep up appearances since he cannot afford to reveal his distressing situation.

Familial demands throughout the film

Naveen establishes a bakery business with borrowed funds before competition destroys his operations. During this period Vennila passes her UPSC preliminaries. Naveen decides to gamble his shrinking finances in a property deal which turns out to be his last financial mistake. The job loss which pushed Rajendran toward Shanghai results in damaging his marriage while he was jobless.

  The successful film will continue its theatrical run by premiering on ZEE5 on February 28. Those who did not witness Kudumbasthan in theatres now have the chance to access it on OTT platforms. Kalaignar TV shows the movie simultaneously with ZEE5.
