Kedarnath Yatra Prep in Full Gear: 270 Workers Clear Snow from Path
As the sacred Kedarnath Yatra approaches, preparations are hitting top speed with 270 dedicated workers tirelessly clearing snow from the pilgrimage footpath. With the harsh Himalayan winter receding, their efforts are paving the way for devotees, ensuring the route is ready for the spiritual journey ahead.
Kedarnath Yatra : Preparations for Chardham Yatra 2025 are being done in full swing by the Uttarakhand government. The dates for opening the doors of Yamunotri and Gangotri Dham have been announced. The Chardham Yatra has started with the opening of the doors of Yamunotri-Gangotri Dham from 30 April. Meanwhile, preparations are being made for the Kedarnath Yatra starting in May. Let us tell you that the work of removing snow is being done on the Kedarnath walking route. 270 laborers have been deployed here to remove snow. The path has been prepared by cutting the snow till most of the walking route. Within a day or two, the entire path will be ready by removing snow from the walking route till the Dham.
Kedarnath Yatra will next month
Less than a month is left for the start of the Kedarnath Dham Yatra. The administration has intensified the preparations for the Yatra. A thick layer of snow has settled on the Kedarnath walking path. It is being told that the workers have prepared the path by cutting the big glaciers from the walking path. The path is ready till near the temple. In one to two days, all the snow on the path will be cut and the path to the temple will become smooth. After the path to the Dham is ready, preparations for the upcoming Yatra will also be started in the Dham. While the reconstruction work of the second phase will also start. After the preparations, it is believed that the dates of the Kedarnath Dham Yatra will also be announced.
