Goons Attack Woman Magistrate in Ara: Hair Pulled, Clothes Ripped, Thrown on Street
A shocking incident unfolded in Ara, Bihar, on March 26, 2025, as a group of goons brazenly attacked a woman magistrate during an anti-encroachment drive, leaving the community in disbelief. Identified as Circle Officer Pallavi Gupta, the magistrate had her hair pulled, clothes torn, and was thrown onto the street, highlighting the growing dangers faced by public officials in the line of duty and sparking widespread outrage across the state.

In Bihar's Ara, a woman magistrate who had come to remove encroachment with a bulldozer was attacked. The goons misbehaved with CO Pallavi Gupta before the bulldozer action. They pulled her hair and tore her clothes. They even threw her on the road. When the security personnel of the woman magistrate came forward, the goons attacked them too. This created chaos on the spot.
However, even after this, the lady magistrate did not rest until the encroachment was removed. According to the information, miscreants had encroached the side of the Kayam Nagar Zero Mile main road near Sardar Patel bus stand near the district headquarters of Ara, to remove which lady magistrate cum CO Pallavi Gupta had gone.
When the lady magistrate reached there, the local goons attacked her. They pulled the lady magistrate's hair and tore her clothes. After this, the lady magistrate was also thrown on the road.
There has been tension for the past few days
It is being told that the whole story was about a two-storey house. There was an atmosphere of tension there for the last several days. There was a ruckus at this place on Saturday as well. When the lady magistrate went there to demolish this house, she was attacked. However, even after this, the lady CO did not give up and drove away the encroachers from there. Then she took rest only after removing the encroachment with a bulldozer.
Complaint will be given to District Magistrate
Here the woman magistrate said that every detail of the entire case will be given to the District Magistrate. Then after giving a written application, a case will be registered against the miscreants. Strict action will be taken against them.
