New Delhi: In the Delhi assembly elections, the BJP has unveiled its second list of candidates. Notable figures including Priyanka Gautam, Harish Khurana, and Kapil Mishra are running in important seats.

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released the second list of candidates for Delhi Assembly elections as many key names in the contest are fielded from prominent constituencies. Kapil Mishra will Contest from Karawal Nagar. There is a gigantic political shift that has happened through the change of AAP to BJP, which provided strong support for BJP's strategy in the national capital. The opponent of the contesting candidate here is former AAP leader Kapil Mishra and Karawal Nagar constituency.

More candidates

Besides Mishra, the BJP declared candidates like Harish Khurana for Moti Nagar, Priyanka Gautam for Kondli and a few other important constituencies like Narela, Mundka and Timarpur. Altogether, the party has a list of 29 aspirants that possess more ambition in key constituencies in Delhi.
BJP is all set to face a very tight contest as fresh faces have entered the fray, including Raj Karan Khatri, Gajendra Daral, and Shweta Saini in Delhi polls to be held on February 5. The party will expect a lot of its seats in Sadar Bazar, Chandni Chowk, and Okhla constituencies.

Delhi Election Date Set for February 5

The elections for the Delhi constituency will be conducted in a single phase. It will take place on February 5 and results on February 8. For Delhi, the BJPs strategy has a robust lineup with a view of snatching dominance away from AAP in the capital city.
