A tragic accident occurred in Rajnagar, Indore, when an out-of-control car struck two young girls who were creating a rangoli outside their home. The car, driven by two young men, lost control and rammed into the 21-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl. Following the collision, the driver and his passenger abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene. The disturbing incident was recorded on CCTV, capturing the moment of impact.

Victims Hospitalized Following Severe Injuries

The collision left both girls with serious injuries, and they were swiftly transported to a private hospital for urgent medical care. Witnesses and local residents, angered by the incident, overturned and damaged the car left at the site. Eyewitnesses report that the police were slow to respond, arriving only after a significant delay despite being informed immediately. Using the car’s registration number, authorities have initiated a search for the driver responsible.

Graphic Video Circulates on Social Media

A viral video of the incident shows the high-speed car recklessly barreling toward the girls as they were engaged in decorating the space with rangoli. The footage captures the vehicle’s swift approach and the immediate impact. Local residents rushed to free one of the victims, who was trapped beneath the car. Although some people attempted to catch the driver, he managed to evade capture initially.

Police Detain Suspect in Fatal Hit-and-Run

Based on the car’s registration details, MP 09 ZW 7287, the police have registered a case and impounded the vehicle. The car owner, identified as Tushar Agarwal from Hukumchand Colony, has since been apprehended. Authorities report that many people witnessed the accident, and one of the victims remains in critical condition.
