Bollywood film to reality: Bhopal bride elopes with boyfriend before reception leaving grom stunned

Madhya Pradesh:Madhya Pradesh: A Bollywood style drama took place in TT Nagar of Bhopal where the marriage ceremony was taking place peacefully but suddenly took a dramatic turn when the bride escaped with her boyfriend ditching her own wedding. This incident shocked everyone including the groom. Dealing with embarrassing situation the groom's family approached police where they filed a formal complaint against the accused. Police has started the investigation.

Kidnapping case or something else?

 An incident was reported at TT Nagar area of Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The case appeared to be quite simple, a kidnapping case but later it took an unexpected turn where the girlfriend actually eloped with her boyfriend, Station House Officer(SHO) Sudhir Arajariya said. Ashish Rajak was married to Roshni Solanki of Ganjbasoda, according to the police. Wedding took place between Ashish and Roshni, their marriage ceremony was arragened in Ganjbasoda. The Newly-married couple were scheduled to host their marriage reception after their return from Ganjbasoda on Wednesday.

Kidnapped from Beauty Parlour 

On D-day of reception the couple had gone to a nearby beauty salon from where they left to wedding hall directly. After they reached the reception venue in a car. A young man got down from one side and Ashish's sister and Roshni got down from the other. Suddenly a car zoomed past the road and stopped right next to the car of Ashish. from which a young guy got out of the other car and pushed Ashish's sister away. He made Roshni sit in the car and swiftly left the spot. At first it seemed to be a case of kidnapping as it was quite clear, but later on the tables turned when the case became clear that Roshni had intentionally fled away with her boyfriend Ankit.

Not Kidnapped but escaped

Roshni had an affair with a man named Ankit from Ganjbasoda for the last five years, which the bride's family was aware of and there was a huge dispute between the two families over the same. Roshni's marriage was fixed with Ashish Rajak who's a resident of Bhopal, amid this dispute. The wedding ceremony took place on Tuesday, but on Wednesday Roshni seized out the opportunity where she could find a way to escape with her boyfriend.

FIR on Kidnapper

Ashish alleged in the complaint, that when he went to Ganjbasoda with the wedding procession, someone punctured the car in which the bride was to be bought back on the wedding procession bus. Following the complaint, the police registered a case under proper sections and manhunt has been launched to trace both Roshni and Ankit. Further investigation into the matter is undergoing, police informed.
