Big success for security forces in Baramulla, two terrorists killed in encounter

Following the Pahalgam attack, security forces thwarted a Baramulla infiltration attempt. Operations intensify as raids continue across Jammu targeting hotels and suspicious hideouts.

New Delhi: After the Pahalgam terror attack, 2-3 terrorists tried to infiltrate Baramulla. The Indian Army has foiled this attempt of the terrorists. There was heavy firing between the security forces and the terrorists and two terrorists were killed. A large amount of weapons, ammunition and other war-like items have been recovered from the terrorists. The army operation is continuing. Raids are being conducted at various places by the security forces. Hotels are being searched so that the terrorists hiding in the valley can be caught.

The Pahalgam attack is being linked to Pulwama, because this is the biggest attack after Pulwama, in which 26 people have died. The picture of the terrorist involved in the Pahalgam attack has also surfaced. This is the first attack in the history of Kashmir targeting tourists, where unarmed people who had gone for a walk were shot dead.
