Bangladesh: Violent incidents are increasing in India's neighboring country, Bangladesh. The Army Chief has also raised questions regarding the rising crimes.

Crime has significantly increased in Bangladesh and continues to rise. Bangladesh army cheif general Waker-uz-Zaman on Tuesday warned politicians aganist fighting among themselves, saying  this infighting poses a great risk to the country's sovereignty.

The number of violent crimes in Bangladesh is continuously rising. Security forces have arrested more than a thousand people in recent months. Allegedly, it is being claimed that those targeted and arrested are linked to former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's party.

Significant rise in crimes in Bangladesh

. They believe they can do anything and easily get away with it. This month, there has been a significant rise in crimes in Bangladesh. Protests also took place during the vandalism of objects associated with former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Last week, two student groups clashed inside a university campus. These student groups were also involved in the protests against Sheikh Hasina.

 There are few reasons behind the deteriorating law and order situation. The first reason is that we are busy enraging each other, he said instead of causing chaos, at the end of the day, Bangladeshis have to remain united by looking after the country and the nation. If you can't  move beyond your differences and fighting among yourselves the independence and sovereignty of the country will be a risk .I warn you again Zaman said.

A career infantry officer, General Zaman said he had no personal ambition in an apperant reference to the country's history of military takeovers.
