Tamil Nadu: Tamil Nadu BJP president K Annamalai on Thursday attacked Tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin for his "orchestrated drama" over the three-language policy controversy. "Thiru MK Stalin, you are a fraudster pretending to be our constitution & federal structure protector. Con artists normally cheat the wealthy, but DMK has no difference; they cheat both the poor and the wealthy," Annamalai wrote on X.

MK Stalin's post that condemned UP CM Yogi Adityanath's 'hate' statement

The BJP president of Tamil Nadu also stated, "The entire nation now realizes that the family of the chief minister of Tamil Nadu owns private schools that educate three languages & more but does not agree with the same policy for students of the state's Government schools." "TN CM believes that the drama unfolding by his partymen in pockets here and there mirrors the voice of the whole TN," Annamalai said while responding to MK Stalin's post in which he condemned UP CM Yogi Adityanath's 'hate' statement.

"Why do we have to despise Hindi then?"

Referring to Stalin's statement, Yogi said in an interview to the news agency ANI, "Stalin was attempting to polarize on regional and linguistic lines because he felt threatened about his vote bank." Adityanath asked why Hindi must be "hated". Responding to a question on the opposition to Hindi in Tamil Nadu, Yogi replied, "The nation should not be divided regionally or linguistically.

We thank Prime Minister Modi ji for arranging the third edition of the Kashi-Tamil Sangamam in Varanasi. Tamil is an ancient language of India, and its history is as old as that of Sanskrit. Tamil commands respect and admiration of every Indian because a lot of aspects of Indian heritage continue to live on in the language. Why do we have to despise Hindi then?"

Stalin asserted that the UP CM's remark is "political black comedy"

Responding to Adityanath's comment, Stalin asserted that the UP CM's remark is "political black comedy." "Tamil Nadu's voice of fairness and firmness on two-language policy and fair delimitation is resonating across the country and the BJP is obviously shaken. Just see their leaders' interviews," Stalin stated in an X post. He further added, "And now Hon'ble Yogi Adityanath wants to teach us about hate? Spare us. This ain't irony it's political black comedy at its worst."
