Saudi Arabia administers harsh punishment to criminal: Throat slit publicly on the road

The Saudi government has sentenced five Yemeni citizens to death on charges of robbery and murder. The Saudi news agency issued a statement from the Ministry of Interior saying that the criminal group was convicted of being a group formed for the purpose of theft and robbery. The laws regarding criminal activities in Riyadh are very strict.
According to media reports, people named Ahmed Al-Aradi, Abdullah Mazari, Hamoud Shuai, Ibrahim Ali, and Darwish Abdullah were brought forward in handcuffs. After this, he was killed by a dangerous blow to the head. After giving death sentences to five citizens of Yemen, the number of people getting death sentences in Riyadh this year has increased to 34. Last year, 170 people were given the death penalty in Saudi Arabia.
Punishment is given according to Sharia law
The law of Saudi Arabia is based on Sharia law. This is Islamic law derived from the Quran and the traditions of the founder of Islam, Prophet Mohammad. Sharia law also includes the opinions of Islamic scholars after the death of the Prophet. Courts in Saudi Arabia follow only a few formalities. The main basis of their decisions remains Sharia law.
