Pakistani air hostess Maryam Raza flew to Canada on February 26 in a Pakistan International Airlines aircraft. After this, the next day Maryam had to fly to Pakistan again. Before Maryam's disappearance, PIA flight attendant Faiza Mukhtar had also gone missing in Canada in a similar manner in January 2024. PIA spokesperson Abdullah Hafeez Khan had said that Faiza Mukhtar, who was supposed to return to Karachi a day after landing in Canada, did not board the flight and went missing.
