Mumbai: The grand finale of Bigg Boss 18 took an unexpected turn when Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar left the set before the shoot began. Akshay, accompanied by debutant Veer Pahariya, was scheduled to promote their upcoming film Sky Force. However, the actor departed due to delays caused by Salman Khan's late arrival.
Salman spoke up on Akshay's absence during the finale, saying, "Akki (Akshay Kumar) is also in the film. I got a little late, and he had to leave for another function, so he left." As recently reported by sources, Akshay was said to have test screenings for his new film Jolly LLB 3 and hence left after waiting for an hour.
Akshay's punctuality and departure
Akshay Kumar is known to be punctual. He arrived on the sets at 2:15 pm. However, Salman was still not there. Akshay waited for an hour and then left. Sources say that many calls were made to him to return, but Akshay had other professional commitments, like the trial screening of Jolly LLB 3.
