Elvish Yadav Faces Legal action

YouTuber Elvish Yadav has found himself in hot water after a misleading video he posted on social media went viral. The content creator claimed that he was escorted by the Rajasthan Police during a music video shoot in Jaipur, a claim which was swiftly refuted by the local authorities.

The Jaipur Police clarified that no official escort was arranged for Yadav, emphasizing that security is only provided according to established protocols and need. Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph confirmed that no such escort was assigned and that an FIR had been filed against Yadav for making false claims.

The video that sparked outrage

In the controversial video, Yadav, accompanied by Krishnavardhan, son of former Rajasthan minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas, is seen driving in a car with a police vehicle following them. Yadav claims that the police were escorting them during their journey, while Krishnavardhan casually mentions that police vehicles change as they pass through different jurisdictions.

The Jaipur Police have taken a strong stand against the video, accusing Yadav of trying to damage the reputation of the Rajasthan Police by making misleading claims. Authorities have made it clear that no official police escort was provided for the YouTuber’s personal use.

This incident highlights the growing concern over the spread of misleading content on social media, with police urging the public to be more responsible in the use of such platforms. Elvish Yadav has yet to issue a statement following the FIR, but the controversy continues to spark widespread debate.
