Renowned singer Sonu Nigam pushed through immense physical pain to perform at his Pune concert, calling it "one of the most difficult days" of his life. In a video shared on Instagram, the singer documented his struggle with severe back pain while preparing for the show.

The video shows the singer twisting and squirming in discomfort as his team members assisted him backstage ahead of the LIVE concert. Despite the excruciating pain, he took the stage and completed the performance.

Opening up about the challenging moment, Sonu said in the video, "While singing, we sometimes make sudden movements, and that can trigger a spasm. But I managed somehow. I never want to do less or give less when people expect so much from me."

He compared the agony to a needle piercing his spine with even the slightest movement. "It felt like a needle was stuck in my spine. If I moved even a little, it would dig deeper. It was really bad," he said. However, the singer remained grateful that he could successfully deliver the concert.
