He also stood up for Sobhita, who has unfairly been blamed for his past relationship's end.

He expressed frustration over being treated 'like a criminal' by some fans and stated that both he and Samantha had made the decision to part ways for personal reasons. "We wanted to go our own ways, for our own reasons, and we respect each other. We are moving on in our lives, in our own way. What more explanation is needed?" he said.
The actor further pointed out that, despite their efforts to maintain privacy, their divorce continues to be a topic of public gossip. He emphasized that both of them deserve the space to move forward without constant scrutiny.
"She’s not at fault"

"I feel very bad for her. She doesn’t deserve it. She is not at fault in this matter," he said, praising Sobhita for her maturity and patience amidst the media circus.
