'We deserve privacy': Naga Chaitanya addresses divorce scrutiny

Naga Chaitanya addresses the rumors surrounding his divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu, clarifying that both have moved on, and defends his wife Sobhita Dhulipala against unfounded blame.

Maharashtra: Naga Chaitanya has set the record straight regarding his highly publicized divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu and his subsequent marriage to actress Sobhita Dhulipala. In a candid conversation, Chaitanya expressed his frustration with the ongoing speculation about his personal life and emphasized that both he and Samantha have moved on gracefully. He also stood up for Sobhita, who has unfairly been blamed for his past relationship's end.

In a revealing conversation on the Raw Talks With VKpodcast, Naga Chaitanya opened up about the constant media attention following his divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He expressed frustration over being treated 'like a criminal' by some fans and stated that both he and Samantha had made the decision to part ways for personal reasons. "We wanted to go our own ways, for our own reasons, and we respect each other. We are moving on in our lives, in our own way. What more explanation is needed?" he said.  

The actor further pointed out that, despite their efforts to maintain privacy, their divorce continues to be a topic of public gossip. He emphasized that both of them deserve the space to move forward without constant scrutiny.  

 "She’s not at fault" 

Naga Chaitanya also spoke out in defense of his wife, Sobhita Dhulipala, who has been unjustly blamed by some fans for the breakdown of his marriage to Samantha. He clarified that his relationship with Sobhita began naturally, and there was no connection to his past marriage. Chaitanya made it clear that Sobhita had no role in the separation and expressed sympathy for her handling the situation with grace.  

"I feel very bad for her. She doesn’t deserve it. She is not at fault in this matter," he said, praising Sobhita for her maturity and patience amidst the media circus.
