When the patrolling policemen stopped the accused, he tried to crush the policemen with his car. This entire incident was captured by the CCTV camera installed there, which is now going viral. The police have identified the accused and registered a case against him.

The truck was filled with domestic cylinders: Police

Meerut SP Dehat, Kamlesh Bahadur, said the matter is the Rakshapuram Divider Road of Ganganagar police station area of ​​Meerut. On Thursday night, a truck full of cylinders from Surya Gas Agency was parked, which contained about 350 domestic cylinders. These cylinders were to be unloaded on Friday morning.

'The driver fell asleep while the truck was parked'

Police further said that the truck driver slept after parking the truck outside the warehouse. Then, around 2 o'clock in the night, a white Swift car reached there and a young man got down from the car and set fire to a plastic bag near the rear tyre of the truck. Meanwhile, seeing the patrolling policemen, he sat in the car and when they tried to stop him, the accused tried to crush the policemen and fled from the spot. The entire incident was captured by a CCTV camera installed nearby.

The police also said that a case has been registered against the accused at the Ganganagar police station in this regard. The accused has been identified on the basis of CCTV and efforts are being made to arrest him. Whether the accused has been involved in criminal incidents or not. The team is also investigating this.
